Their local co-ordinators are fantastic and we are so happy with how the day went. The photos were with us in an album 24 hours after the wedding and are fantastic. When I originally booked Lindsay dealt with me and she was a huge help , Patricia too! Emma soon took over and was an absolute star! Always had super prompt replies & was so helpful was nothing she couldn’t do for me.
I had a lovely wedding planner in Greece, Dimitra she was a star!! Made me feel so at ease and made my day just how I planned it, she was absolutely amazing 1000 out of 10! Aswell as owner Dimitra, they were all amazing , food and drink was fabulous.
Also had a DJ & photographer in our package and just amazing!
Cake was absolutely lovely also , honestly couldn’t have had it any better was the best day wish I could relive it , thank you to everyone at Ionian weddings & antisamos beach!!! Xxx
Ionian Weddings made our wedding in Kefalonia completely hassle free and wonderful. They tailor made the package so it was exactly what we wanted, they always got back to us quickly and helped us through all of the paperwork and legal side of things. Thank you for a great service! Ionian Weddings were great from start to finish. I was anxious about the whole thing but they reassured me and gave me all information needed. The process was so easy. In resort the co-ordinator was lovely, she took us to a beautiful town hall to be married before the ceremony at our request. On the ceremony day I couldn’t see my bouquet or reception set up until I was there on the beach, I was a little anxious with this BUT it was perfect, it was so beautiful I cried. My bouquet was absolutely stunning, the reception was amazing and they did such a good job, nothing was too much trouble.. I would recommend Ionian weddings to anyone and advise not to be anxious because they clearly know what they are doing and are so professional xxxx

Our wedding was perfect in every way, exactly as we had wanted it to be. A very professional service, everything was better than we imagined and the wedding was simply perfect in every way. Me and my fiance Danny had been planning our wedding for 18 months, but within weeks of being engaged I found Ionian Weddings and knew they were the company for us! Very personable and not pushy, and no question was ever too much trouble. My wedding coordinator Helen left Ionian after a few months and at that point I was a bit nervous about who might be taking over our wedding but oh my goodness Anna was absolutely AMAZING!! After finding our perfect wedding on the stunning island of Kefalonia we decided to go and see it in person! Whilst we were there we met up with Dimitra our Greek coordinator who took us up to the gorgeous little chapel in Asos hidden away in pine trees (a real gem) and then to the taverna where we would be having our wedding reception to meet with the owner of the taverna who was so lovely and gave up time to sit with us and discuss ideas, this gave us a massive head start in making decisions!
The day before we flew out to Kefalonia I received a call from Anna who wanted to wish us luck, you really do start to feel like friends after all that time and planning together! It was a lovely touch! Fast forward 1 year on and we are now in Greece! Dimitra and Athina both came to our hotel to talk through the finer details the day before the wedding and I had no worries at all, these amazing ladies had it all under control! So then it’s our wedding day Monday 4th June 2018…the best day of our lives! We knew that it would be something special but it was better than we could ever have imagined, the most perfect day we will never forget! Our guests cannot get over how magical it all was.
We are so blown away with how smoothly everything went and we must send massive THANK YOU’s to so many people including Anna our UK coordinator, Dimitra and Athina our Greek coordinators, my super talented hairdresser, and my makeup artist with her fantastic make up skills, the team at the taverna, and the registrar who was amazing and married us on his own wedding anniversary!! Our DJ had the party going all night long! We will never forget the moment he played splash splash when some of the guests jumped in the harbour for a swim! Right up until collecting our wedding certificates and even coming home we have been treated like the only couple to have ever been married. To top it off we received our absolutely stunning photos from our photographer, they are out of this world, someone even said ‘it looks like something out of a wedding magazine’! Others have said ‘this is the BEST wedding they have ever been to’!
We couldn’t be any happier and know for sure this wedding will be talked about for many many years to come! Ionian weddings you have been sensational!
We had a truly magical wedding day. The venue was spectacular, with views to die for. The service itself was beautifully presented and brought a tear to many an eye. The reception at the taverna was brilliant, with the most gorgeous tasting traditional Greek dishes and a great party to follow! Everyone involved in making the day happen were amazing. Athina our local coordinator was fabulous. She was great with organising everybody (which was quite a task with our friends), she was very easy to get along with. I can’t recommend her highly enough! We could not have wished for a better day. The worst part is not being able to do it again! How long do we have to wait before we can renew our vows. . . ? Thank you everyone at Ionian Weddings for making the day such a special and memorable occasion.
What can I say, Ionian Weddings are incredible. If you want a stress free, relaxed and beautiful wedding then please book through them. The first e-mail I received was so friendly and helpful I knew straight away I wanted them to help me plan our dream wedding. They made everything so stress free and were on top of everything. Anna was an absolute star, she has been a friend to me throughout the whole process and I honestly can’t thank her enough, she is a credit to Ionian Weddings. Our wedding co-ordinators in Kefalonia were incredible and were again like friends to us, we have even planned to meet them next year for a meal when we go back!
